I stood outsi the police station on beach road on Mondays for about 30 minutes
95% of Farangs stopped with many issued tickets( deserved to get tickets if illegal. However, i saw only 1 Thai person stopped albeit briefly and sent on her way, not wearing a helmet. Pattaya police need to be seen to be fair to ALL riders otherwise its just seen as a way to earn a few baht for the station coffers

All this talk of attracting the rich its not going to happen. Don’t feel safe for one no different to having a target on your back. Its not up to standards for ultra rich.
