As long as Ganja is legal…any person can grow their own at home and use it without a doctor’s prescription. The same doctor that prescribes chemo and radio therapy to cancer patients… When there is a hell…i am sure all doctor’s will end up there…where they should be.

obviously fhe heavily corrupted rotten greedy government knows they can make much more money by making pot illegal (bribes and kick backs and dirty cops and higher ups taking $$ cut of illegal shipments & big drug deals)…its what most governments do ..keep drugs illegal so $$ can be made…drug laws are like a governmemt privatizing the enterprise so they get to make the most money out of it

Sadly we all know it wont stop weed users and of course they will take the opportunity to apply the law to foreigners only, which is a common occurence in Thailand and one of the many reasons people seek other places.
