My understanding of Medicine requires clear indication , dosage, safety and caution test and adverse reaction, antidote and clear labeling for prenatal, pediatric users. Cannabis has none of this clear messages.
No control at the shop and shopper, a fear of free use. Some investors already step in to help patients or help tourists to abuse this “medicine“.

ตรรกะประหลาดนะครับ ทำไมเมื่อพูดถึงด้านที่เป็นโทษต่อสุขภาพที่ปรากฏ เราต้องไปเทียบกับแอลกอฮอล์(ที่แพร่หลายมากกว่ามาก่อน และตัวเลขคนดื่ม/เสพย่อมมากกว่า) ทำไมเราต้องเลือกอย่างใดอย่างนึง ในเมื่อของมันมีโทษชัดเจร ก็ควรต้องจำกัดควบคุมทั้งคู่

ตัวเลขผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่เพิ่มขึ้น ภาวะสาร THC ในกัญชาเป็นพิษ (THC intoxication)ที่มารพ.กันเยอะขึ้น แล้วไม่มียารักษานอกจากใส่ท่อช่วยหายใจ ให้น้ำเกลือ ยาตามอาการ พวกนี้วิจัย สถิติของกระทรวงเราก็เห็นกันอยู่ถ้าไม่ปิดตา

ในฐานะแพทย์หน้างาน ผมขอบอกเลยว่าพวกคุณทุเรศมากครับ ถ้าบอกว่าแค่นี้ไม่เป็นไร อ้างประเทศนั้นประเทศนี่ หรือสิ่งเสพติดอื่นมา เพื่อบอกว่าอย่างน้อยมันก็อันตรายน้อยกว่า แสดงว่าคุณไม่ได้เห็นปัญหาตามความเป็นจริงสักนิด ไม่ให้ค่าคนที่เสียสุขภาพ เสียชีวิตไปเพราะมัน
