The problem is not that the refs are bad, it is they are corrupt. They are cheats. The refs were determined to give Spurs the points. Absolutely no excuse for those bad decisions. The entire VaR team from that match should be fired.

And now Brighton has received their THIRD apology by PGMOL. A mistake on that penalty call. This many in a season, it is getting harder and harder to just attribute it to pure incompetence. How can they take their time to really check if Mitoma’s and Welbeck’s goals were handballed but for the penalty decision, they only took a glance at it and quickly disregard it, especially when they had the time since the ball was kicked out to treat Mitoma who went down.
I’m not saying it’s an FA-wide smoked filled backroom conspiracy/corruption, but surely these officials need to be checked for betting scandals.

I would start Tierney ahead of zinchenko today the only reason being Zini wandering off into midfield leaving space behind for TAA to ping balls to Salah.

It is not right or intellectually correct to say that VAR is the problem because all it does is capture motion pictures the way it is designed to do and so provides data to human who are in charge of determining whether there is a foul or no fouls at all. People are the problem and not VAR…

Officiating in epl is ruining the league and confidence in a fair playing field. The league could advantage more by doing a revamp of officials and reviews
