Boras is lucking out big time with Soto. Soto doesn’t need boras to get the record breaking deal. I don’t think boras is going to get everyone else the huge deals he’s seeking making it back to back off-season fails. I heard boras is trying for 350 million for Bregman.

Dodgers do have a need for outfielders especially with Mookie going back to 2B. I see people say there is “no need or fit for him in LA” but looking at a Chris Taylor, Outman, Pages Outfield Depth Chart as it stands now, we definitely could use a Juan Soto lol. Dodgers like paying players long term money when they enter FA relatively early(Like Yamamoto entering at 26 years old). He fits the mold of what the dodgers look for and who they commit long term money to. They also do in fact have a need. They have the money and theoretically if they offer 620 mil 11 years for Soto in year 4 of that Soto deal they can be under the luxury tax with Freeman, Glasnow money off the books. People say money wise they can’t and won’t add another long term salary but given the money projected off the books in the coming years they can fit a Soto deal in and reset the tax in year 4 of that deal

To entertain going to a team who just beat you in the World Series I cant respect that. Where is the competitiveness in these players today. You should want to beat them not join them smh.
