Bat sensitivity at lvls 1 or 2 is perfect, 2 being the sweet spot for hitting, I have speed pitching right before Real Speeds and I have real pitch pitch point On for realistic pitch break. To pick up or tap on the rosin bag you flick the right analog stick down, too throw a pitch faster ‘overthrow’ after selecting a pitch before throwing it you can lift the right analog stick up ‘ the pitcher will throw the certain pitch faster but with less accuracy

if you want a bit more realism out of this game pausing the game will be like calling time (the game wont pause in the middle of a pitch or a play)

You should try jikkyou powerful pro yakyuu! It’s like a sister series to this game, similar gameplay but different art style and more game mode variety
