Just hats and jersey sales will pay for his 600 MM contract. there are 40 mm people in Japan that will buy a hat and jersey. These guys can’t do basic math. Every team in MLB can afford him. It comes down to where he wants to go. If profit margin for a hat and jersey is 10 bucks that 400 MM just from Japan. Idiots.

We all know by now that Shohei defies the common sense on a regular basis. I won’t be surprised if he’s able to continue doing what he’s doing for another 10 years. I’m sure he’ll be able to do it for at least next 5 years.

The Aaron Judge supporters are already out in full swing with a completely new narrative for this year’s MVP race, it’s NOT about the HOME RUN or RBI or OPS or WAR, it’s about HELPING YOUR TEAM WIN and reaching the playoffs. What the FOCK? Have these clowns gone vida loca?

There is NOBODY more valuable to his team than Shohei Ohtani, and Ohtani was robbed of the MVP last year because Judge hit 62 home runs, and I suspect some were freebies. The Yankees were 5-18 in the month of August with Judge batting over .300, 12 home runs, a few dozen RBI and an OPS over 1300+ and yet the Yankees went 5-18, the worse losing record in team history. So just how valuable was Judge then?

If Shohei doesn’t win the MVP this year baseball is a complete joke and a scam.
