Ever since, there have been a plethora of ill-informed articles and videos on the subject, as well as repeated claims that the green rush will soon be over. In this video, I investigate the actual situation in 2024 as I am shown round a eight-storey former government cannabis education centre and indoor medical cannabis farm located next to a tropical beach, now a commercial operation. Some say that the cannabis industry could be worth over a billion dollars in 2025. Some say that the green rush could be all over as new bills are passed in 2025.
