Great video and simple explanation on the current Thai political movement.
Wishing the Thai people all the best in the future.
The unfortunate truth is, if the move forward party does control the country and change does happen as people want, within a generation the country will loose its soul and character. The wonders that attract us to this place will never be the same and it will just resemble a Asian country trying to westernise.
Good or bad? I guess time will tell.
As a visitor in Thailand, I love it as is and so does my Thai wife.
Muslims will dominate you. They’ll take over Thailand, wait and see.
New govt is a puppet to American Neocon foreign policy and a huge loss on that front for the Thai people. Amer. FP like NED are total snakes…and will work to destroy good economic relations with china and to support war in Myanmar. Thai foreign policy is now Neocon run and under their stranglehold…bringing turmoil to the East…because that’s all American for. Policy does…it destroys, divides and brings death to nations everywhere. Russia and China get involved in for. affairs like recently in mid east and you have unbelievable peace deals Syria->Arab league, Turkey-Iran-Saudi Arabia.
He won’t step down he just wants to hang on his power forever back up. By the king
Thank you for presenting this as a foreigner. I am planning a future move to Thailand, or other SE Asian country. And while I may have opinions and wishes, I also respect the autonomy and culture of my host country and would never voice my opinion on a public forum for something I would have no right to vote on. I carry the same sentiment as you at the end, that Thailand has a bright and wondrous future ahead of it. I just hope those in charge see it too and grab onto it.
