It breaks my heart to see all those young pretty girls lined up in those KTV bars most of them are probably sent to Manila from the province by their parents to try and earn money for their family the way they get so excited to see a foreign man look in the bar they are desperate to make money and it is sad I don’t see many men inside paying them. If I was managing one of those bars I would have all the girls in a back room lounge and the men could come in and sit down and order their drinks without 50 girls all hopping up and down in excitement staring at them. Then I would have a catalog with pictures the men could look through and pick out a girl from if they wanted to the catalog could be short video recordings with the girls saying hii or something also. But having that many girls staring at you as soon as the door to the bar opens is intimidating to even go in because I don’t want to only pick just one girl out in front of all the other girls and make all the others feel bad and I couldn’t afford to pay for all of them. And the whole thing is a bit heartbreaking in my mind knowing all of those girls need money.

It would make life a lot easier if we only payed what is written for the items for sure and when you get a bill in the USA say for you internet and telephone as an example they always have added in service charges and fees that make you pay more that the actual bill every month too very frustrating most of these fees go to the government Uncle Sam will nickel and dime you to death

Yes in my state in the USA Georgia we have a 7% sales tax on non food items and I think alcohol and cigarettes have an higher tax but I forget what it is for sure. Taxes vary by the state in the US and I agree it makes survival more confusing and you have to keep it in mind you need to have enough money to pay the tax on the items you are buying.
