📍 Recorded in Ko Samui, Thailand
In this video, I break down Thailand’s new cannabis laws, including what’s changing, when it’s happening, and how it could affect dispensaries, growers, and consumers.
Thailand has entered a grace period where medical-only regulation is coming into play — and while it’s not a ban, there’s a lot that’s about to shift.
🔍 What we cover:
 • GACP-certified farms requirement
 • Doctor presence at dispensaries
 • 30g prescription limits (and possible workarounds)
 • End of online orders
 • Advertising rules
 • Tourists’ rights & updated purchase policies
I’m sharing everything I’ve heard from people on the ground, shops, and trusted sources — so take this as a real-time community update, not legal advice.

I think they defo had tourists in mind with the 30g a month limit. they dont like the embaressment of having the people smuggling the weed from there. 30g should be fine for the average 2 week holiday
