I think the cannabis rule will slow tourism and cost more for doctor verification. Wrong move. USA started with doctor verification and is now recreational so no card needed. Don’t know how small shops can compete with having a doctor on site?

Why are chefs making noodles hygienically super supervised and standard only done for this event?
Why aren’t hygienics for food taught to everyone in Thailand
Nothing like watching someone handle money wipe the sweat off their brow and start rearranging their food display scaring away the flies in the process

It’s not just a bummer that they’ll be changing the cannabis regulations in the future, with no kind of timescale it makes me uncomfortable to book a holiday in Thailand this year.

I wish they would get rid of the weed I hate the smell but it won’t make any difference here in Kathu people have been openly smoking weed for many years and will continue to do so ,the police do nothing
