They want to ban it because the alcohol tax received last year have dropped massive and they cannot get the weed tax because everyone is growing it .

The language is intentional unfortunately I’ve seen it countless times in the Us press … it’s to sway public opinion in a negative direction… it’s used by prohibitionists and the media they control…

The term “loophole” is being used rather frequently now. The present arrangement whereby foreign income can be remitted tax-free in years after it is earned is also being so described. The word seems to be used to describe a legal position that someone wants to see changed and to legitimise the change.
